2nd night we were a larger group and one of the dishes ordered was no longer available so the waitress returned a little while after we ordered to ask for an alternative dish to be chosen. Unfortuantely this last alternative dish arrived at least 10 minutes after everyone else's food meaning one person was able to sit an watch the colleagues eat their dinner for some time! Not very comfortable, a little coordination in the kitchen would haave been much better. We understand there was an issue with the booking system when we were there, however there was not explanation or apology even for the colleagues who waited 15 to 20 minutes to check out. OUR PRODUCTS
We stayed here for 1 night after a long haul flight. Check in was prompt and rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast had a wide variety of food and beverages. The hotel is located next to train tracks, therefore keep in mind that at least 2 trains per hour are passing by.
Stayed overnight on a business trip, the hotel was a 10 minute shuttle bus journey from the airport but depending on the time of day, the shuttle buses are only half-hourly. Rooms are large and well-furnished, the Wi-Fi is a bit slow. I'm a sound sleeper so noise doesn't bother me, but if you're a light sleeper, request a room on the opposite side to the train lines and not facing the aircraft flight path . The pool area is clean but the gym is small with only a few pieces of equipment .

Not only was the service quick and quality, but everyone who has seen the products were amazed at the beauty. Hotel is far away from the actual airport and the shuttle bus runs too seldom to really help. We paid a premium price since a big fair was going on in the city. They did not clean my room but compensated with deducting one breakfast.
